- English Level: IELTS 7 (Professional but natural).
- Banned Words: No "Passion", "Ninja", or "Hard-working".
- Tone: Talk like a partner, don't beg
- Creativity: If the job ad is fun/informal, you can make a small joke. Otherwise, keep it serious.
🚫 What Not to Include:
Please don’t include instructions about:
- Layout or structure (e.g., “Move Education before Work Experience”) — our system follows professional resume standards. You can freely adjust layout later using your built-in resume editor.
- Job search filters or keywords (e.g., “Focus on jobs in marketing” or “Only apply to remote roles”). These should be configured under your Job Hunt Profile, not here.
Job Hunt Modes Explained
SmartTrust Unlimited
Automatically tailors your resume for every job that matches your selected topics and meets your Job Fit Score threshold — giving the broadest coverage and the highest exposure to interview opportunities.
Consideration
Credit use scales with the number of matches; choose this mode if you prioritise reach and speed over strict daily limits.
Best for
Candidates who want a fully proactive approach to find a job quickly.
One-line help
Auto-tailors for all matching jobs — maximum exposure; credits scale with volume.
SmartFit (Max Daily Rate)
Applies the same matching logic but lets you set a daily cap and a search window; the system then prioritizes the highest-fit jobs within that window and delivers tailored resumes up to your daily cap for predictable usage.
Consideration
Tighter caps or a shorter post-age window focus efforts on top-fit roles but may reduce coverage of lower-volume opportunities, choose this mode if you prefer predictable credits/time.
Best for
Candidates who want controlled daily usage or have limited time for applying.
One-line help
Tailoring with a daily cap and time window, prioritizes top-fit jobs for predictable credits and workload.
Job Fit Score
The minimum job fit score required. This score considers company reputation, user ratings, ad validity, resume-to-job-description match, and more.
Max Daily Tailored Resume
The maximum number of resumes you want the system to tailor for you daily.
Max Job Post Age (Days)
The maximum age of a job posting to be considered. For example, a value of 3 means job posts from the last 3 days.
How to get your Job Search URL
Go to LinkedIn or Indeed.com , search for your desired job title and location, apply any filters you want, then copy the address bar link and paste it into the form.
