In short

For a recruiter or a staffing agency, ATS Pal is a screening layer for each job order. It scores every resume against the requirements and returns a ranked shortlist with the reason for every score. It can search public LinkedIn profiles, compare a resume with its profile, and prepare a resume for the submittal. Your ATS stays as it is.

How it works

A job order, from intake to submittal.

Each step is one you start yourself.

  1. Screen the job order

Add the job order and the resumes, from new applicants or from people you already know. You confirm the requirements, and every resume is scored against them.

    • Up to 200 resumes per role on Launch, 500 on Scale
    • Resumes come in by upload or through the API
  2. Check and widen the shortlist

Compare the shortlisted resumes with their public LinkedIn profiles, and search public profiles for the same requirements when the list is thin.

    • Differences are points to ask about
    • Nobody is contacted
    • Search is on Scale and Enterprise
  3. Prepare the submittal

For the candidates you chose, get a version of the resume in the order the job reads it. You review it and send it yourself.

    • No employer, role, date or number is invented
    • Nothing is sent to your client by ATS Pal
    • Turned on per account, on request

Scope

What it does, and where it stops.

It does

  • Ranks the resumes of a job order, with the reason for every score.
  • Runs the same analysis on candidates you already hold, when you send them.
  • Lets a team or an agency add people with roles.
  • Keeps your resumes out of any model training.

It does not

  • Write results into agency systems such as Bullhorn, JobAdder or Loxo. There is no connector for them today.
  • Connect to your database and search it.
  • Contact candidates or clients.
  • Decide who you submit. That stays with you.

Questions people ask

Do I have to change the ATS I use?

No. ATS Pal works next to your current ATS. Your ATS stays the system of record; ATS Pal reads the resumes for a job order and ranks them.

How do the resumes reach ATS Pal?

Two ways. Your system can send them with the job order through the integration API, or you can upload the files yourself. Both give the same ranked shortlist.

Is it for a solo recruiter or for an agency?

Both. One recruiter can run it alone on Launch. A team or an agency adds people with roles on Scale, so each person sees the job orders and candidates they should.

What does ATS Pal read from LinkedIn?

Only what a profile shows publicly. A person can ask for removal through the contact page.

What does it cost to try?

The first analysis is free, with no credit card. Paid plans are on the pricing page.
